一、基本情况:

伟德betvlctor体育官网伟德国际1946源于英国副教授。20186月获苏州大学工学博士学位,师从路建美教授(俄罗斯工程院外籍院士)。20169月至20179月获国家留学基金委资助,前往新加坡南洋理工大学联合培养,师从张其春教授(全球高被引学者)。2021年被遴选为硕士生导师。入选中国科协青年人才托举工程、江苏省优青、江苏省科协青年人才托举工程、苏州市科协青年人才托举工程(优秀)、国际科学组织Vebleo会士、Nanoscale“新锐科学家”榜单、中国材料研究学会高级会员、中国微米纳米技术学会高级会员、盐城市科技副总。

二、主要研究领域及学术成就:

主要研究方向包括:(1)有机半导体材料的结构设计与柔性电子应用研究;(2)新型二维光电功能材料的精准构建与低功耗忆阻器件的开发;(3)仿生人工突触器件的集成与类脑神经形态计算的探索。主持中国科协青年人才托举工程项目1项、国家自然科学基金青年项目1项、江苏省自然科学优秀青年基金项目1项、江苏省科协青年人才托举工程项目1项、江苏省自然科学基金青年项目1项、教育部重点实验室开放课题1项、江苏省高等学校自然科学研究面上项目1项、苏州市科协青年人才托举工程项目1项、苏州市科技创新政策性资助项目1项。以第一作者或通讯作者发表Adv. Funct. Mater., Adv. Sci., InfoMat, Nano Energy, Nano ResearchSCI论文40篇,包括中科院二区以上论文18篇,多篇论文入选ESI高被引论文、Wiley期刊高被引和高下载论文,被引700余次。申请发明专利7项和PCT国际专利2项,授权发明专利3项。

现担任江苏省材料学会副秘书长、江苏省材料学会科普工作委员会委员、江苏省侨界专家委员会委员、苏州市侨青会委员、江苏省高新技术企业评审专家、“学术桥”评审专家等。担任Nano-Micro Lett.Int. J. Extrem. Manuf.Prog. Nat. Sci.Adv. Powder Mater.ExplorationBrain-XPolymers等多个期刊青年编委或客座编辑。指导学生获得中国国际“互联网+”大赛全国银奖、中国国际大学生创新大赛全国铜奖、江苏省优秀毕业论文团队奖、江苏省“互联网+”大赛一等奖和二等奖、江苏省“挑战杯”竞赛三等奖、江苏省研究生创新实践大赛二等奖和三等奖、江苏省研究生学术创新论坛优秀论文二等奖、江苏省研究生科研创新计划项目等各类省级以上奖项10余项,多次获得“优秀指导教师”称号。
